The staff were amazing especially the young man who checked us in for our stay. We were early and dropped off our bags and when we returned to check in properly he remembered us and was very welcoming. He just so happened to be there when we were checking out and he was amazing once again. It was my wife's first trip to Auckland and this exceptional service made it a memorable trip. Thank you all.
