Onetangi Estate including guest cottage by Waiheke Pure - Luxurious italian style palazzo with pool, hot tub and expansive views

Commanding the hilltop above Onetangi, this Italian-inspired palazzo is a sanctuary of elegance, exclusivity, and breathtaking views. Designed for those who seek only the finest, the estate offers an atmosphere of refined indulgence that feels worlds away yet is just moments from Waiheke’s pristine beaches and vineyards.

Step into soaring interiors where sunlight pours through antique shutter clad windows, framing the endless horizon of sparkling sea and sky. From dawn’s first glow to the golden sweep of sunset, the panoramic vistas are yours alone. Outside, cascading terraces lead to a heated infinity pool, with far reaching vistas.

The main residence embodies understated grandeur—Travertine floors, bespoke furnishings, and generous living spaces that invite both relaxation and celebration.

A private guest cottage included, equally refined, allows friends or staff to share in the experience while maintaining discretion and privacy. Whether savouring a vintage under the umbrella, reclining by the pool, or wandering through the manicured olive grove, every moment here is crafted for luxury. This is not simply accommodation; it is an estate for connoisseurs.
