The second living room offers a quieter space to read, unwind, or enjoy a slower start to the day.
At the centre of the home is a modern kitchen finished with dark cabinetry, clean lines, and integrated appliances. It overlooks the dining area and the outdoor living spaces, making meal preparation and shared dinners simple and sociable. Large sliding doors connect the kitchen and living areas to the deck, where wide timber flooring, sheltered seating, and open views create an easy indoor–outdoor flow.
The main level includes a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom sits downstairs and features a comfortable queen bed positioned beside the garden outlook. The bathrooms are well finished, tiled, and fitted with modern fixtures, including a walk-in shower and a wide vanity.
The deck is one of the standout features of Moa Whare. Framed by the home’s architectural detail and surrounding greenery, it’s a private place to sit outside, enjoy the fresh air, and watch the light change across the hills.
