Really convenient hotel for travel stopovers. Bus shuttle transport easy to connect with. Hotel is clean and well kept, breakfast option was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Plus the baggage scales in the foyer were a real bonus for travellers connecting with domestic travel after a long trip away.

We now know why all the reviews were excellent. No dissapointments. All good. Great facilities and staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner to room Lasagna by on site chef was the best we have had. Not 5 star but not trying to be. Very close to airport and great value.

Hotel was clean and staff courteous, we had a end room on the first floor and I think it was an air conditioner unit that made a droning noise when it was on and the room above whenever they walked you could hear their footsteps and they were up around 5am.

I stayed here for one night before flying out. The room was clean and comfortable, which was great. The location, however, is far from restaurants or shops, nothing is really within walking distance, and it’s a bit of a drive to the airport. The hotel does serve breakfast, which is a nice perk, but it doesn’t start early enough for guests with early flights. I had to leave before 7, so I didn’t get to try it. There is an airport shuttle available, but it’s an additional $8 charge and needs to be booked in advance. Be aware it also picks up from other hotels, so you need to allow extra time. The staff were friendly but fairly nonchalant — they didn’t go out of their way to assist, and most guests are left to figure things out on their own. Overall, this hotel works well for a quick overnight stay if you just need somewhere clean to rest before traveling. But between the location, shuttle fee, and limited breakfast hours, it’s more of an “okay” option than a great one.
