Noisy neighborhood with people knocking on the door from the street. Never saw or spoke to a staff member. Whilst it looks newish it is banged up inside and dirty. I would not return to this property.

Room was spotless, spacious just perfect for myself and husband. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay even though it was just for a night. Would definitely recommend to family and friends who’s outside of Auckland and are looking at a place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

office unattended, had to call a number for someone off site to contact manager to check in. Cooktop was broken. Bathroom had not been cleaned, walls dirty and hair from previous guest on floor etc. Poor shower pressure. TV had no channels unless you added your own streaming service login. Lacked sufficient utensils. It was inexpensive, our cheapest motel stay of our 10day trip

Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling so long, waiting 10mins (litterally) for the shower to heat! Very inconvenient.

When arriving to the motel there one one to hand us the key, office was empty and we had to wait almost half an hour to eneter our room. The room had an unpleadnt smell, still unaware of where it had been coming from. Both beds carried the stench and there were stains on the sheets. The bathroom door lock was broken, we had to fix the lock oursleves. The plates in the cupboard were soaked in water and were wet for some strange reason when tbey were unused.

The room we stayed in the sink in kitchenette was leaking through the vanity and had to use the towels so wasnt go0d and carpet hadnt been vaccumed. Will not be returning to this motel ever again

Parking was fine. Location was OK. It is a Motel so desk not staffed all the time for check in. We arrived at about 8pm and no one was there so had to call for someone to come. Even though I had confirmations from Expedia they still told me that 2 of the 3 rooms I booked were not paid for. Rooms were upstairs so challenging with bags for older people in our group. They were clean although they had a smoky smell and it should be a smoke free facility. Seems like they are making an effort to refurbish an older building. Some things were modern some were not. We were only there for one night. I would not stay there long term.

Booking for 2 adults 2 children only provided 2 towels and half a roll of toilet paper, no tea towels and big square tiles outside front entrance 2nd level unsecure/loose...

Negatives: Very noisy from road and neighbours (loud music & shouting at 3am from property next door). Poor maintenance (shower door not closing). Very limited kitchen crockery & cutlery (no spoons or bowls and no cooking utensils to use with pans). Only 2 x bath towels supplied - no other towels or kitchen linen. Positives: comfortable bed, easy parking, easy check-in.
