The room feels like it for a 1 person, not enough space for 2 people to have dinner in there if they want to stay in, too crowded if you decide to add a chair in there, also we can hear people walking/talking from the hallway, and they were loud as well..otherwise ok-ish..

The front desk staff was friendly and professional and our room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the shuttle service to get to and from the airport and barely missed it leaving, so we had to wait 30 minutes for it. Upon departure the next morning the shuttle was completely full with many people having to stand as this shuttle picks up and drops off at multiple hotels. Just know this and be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes. There was a lady who seated us at breakfast who was very rude but I did not catch her name. Overall a good stay.

Room was adequate, we only stayed overnight so were given a room with a concrete wall view i guess, we used the aircon as it was stuffy but we had just come from Europe 3deg so maybe it was us. Comms regarding the shuttle was not updated so we ended up walking around like lost sheep, rang hotel and was told to find D bay at the international at 9pm, for the now apparent bus transfer we werent updated on the recent change. Room service menu isnt what is stipulated, and is rather expensive but we were hungry and tired and just wanted to be by ourselves. Check in was friendly as was check out, thankyou, staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, good amenities, and bed was comfy. Overall was adequate for an overnighter.
