The Intercontinental Hotel Auckland is great. It is clean, well-maintained, with friendly helpful staff, and many amenities. I’ve stayed here in the past and most recently with my two sons. Dining onsite options are excellent, as well as offering countless local dining options within walking distance as it’s located in downtown Auckland at the harbor. I definitely recommend.

Truly the best hotel in Auckland. Astehtically pleaseing in every aspect, classy rooms that feel homely, amazing views, great food and even better service. A true 5 star hotel in every aspect. Absolutely wonderful stay in Auckland! We had the best time on our trip and the hotel staff was just lovely and so accommodating. Hotel is in a perfect location and very central to great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the happy hour at the hotel restaurant and the view of the harbor from our room was fantastic. Rooms are gorgeous. We also did the Hobbiton tour and were picked up right in front of the hotel. Super convenient. Highly recommend a stay in beautiful New Zealand and this hotel.

My stay at Intercontinental Auckland was fantastic. Beautiful place, clean, centric with a ton of shopping options. The building has its own entrance to the Mall! No need to step outside if you don't fell like it. I would definitely stay here again. :)
