We booked a room with two queens. Unfortunately, the room was tiny and there was no walking space. When we needed to get clothes out of our suitcases, we had to use the bed. The breakfast had a lot of items, but the quality was mediocre. Lastly, there were quite a few hairs in the bed and bathroom. When we came back through Auckland we stayed at the Mövenpick and it was a world of difference.
Had a very nice and comfortable stay. Staff was courteous and polite. Nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Fantastic location in the city center. Would recommend..
Great experience here in Auckland and also in our last stay in Queenstown. Very friendly staff let us leave out bags after checkout so we could go explore the city a bit more.
Not enough staff working at the front desk where it is also the place to buy drinks. As a result, long wait is expected.
Bathroom lights went out in the middle of the night. Front desk was informed in the morning. We checked out at 10am, lights were me fixed.
Check in was great and we requested an early check in which they gave us! It was appreciated as I was not feeling well. We also requested a late check out as our flight was not until 8:30 pm. Stephan at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. He helped arrange an airport pick up and provided extra coffee and cream for our room. We appreciated the breakfast and fresh fruit at the buffet. The baked goods were excellent. We would stay again!
Very clean, great location the only inconvenient was that they made us pay again, told us expedia did not forward the payment.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was decent. Close to shopping and hop on hop off bus. Staff very nice and helpful especially Stefan who gave us great info about the city.
