The room was clean and tidy. The bed was a bit hard could have done with a matress topper. Had breakfast included in the price which was great. Breakfast time was very busy and I felt for the staff trying to keep up with demands of food and utensils. Nice central spot in the city.

Super clean rooms, quiet, and easy check-in. Huge plus was it was walking distance to shops, water front, bus stop, and dining.The staff was so friendly. We loved the reception area and ordered a pizza and beer to relax one afternoon. The free breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from. If you left hungry that's on you! Overall great experience and would stay again!

I cannot say enough about this place. The staff was so kind and helpful. And fast- which says a lot bc I am from New York. The room was lovely - clean and the shower was warm. Even the elevators were fast. I loved the breakfast every day and I hope I get to come back to NZ bc I will surely stay here.

The property and staff were excellent. The only issue was a large religious group took over the public areas including all entrances, reception areas, and meeting areas in the lobby. Annoying.
