The Heritage is a good option for a basic lower cost hotel. The room had sufficient amenities although had a musty smell. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool and spa so cant comment on this.

Provided umbrella as it was raining so hard which was a nice touch The evening buffet looked impressive but we weren't hungry enough to justify the price so just ordered on roast dinner from the bar which was big enough for us both Front desk staff were awesome helping us plan our trip around road closures
