Great place to stay in Auckland - our room was spacious and came with a microwave, toaster, and fridge. There is also a communal laundry and kitchen area. Staff were helpful, and the walk into the city centre was easy. I would stay here again - it's great value for money!

An interesting place to stay. Comfy beds, great shower, spacious room. Could do with some dampening of the noise from the trains going right past the windows and the other guests using their bathrooms! Very echoey due to age of the building. Fantastic curry in hotel restaurant lobby but the smell emanated in every public area. Definitely a backpacker/student choice.

It’s a really cool building right next door to spark arena so super handy if going to a concert or other event there. The rooms are clean and tidy and it was very quiet. It’s nothing fancy, the rooms have been done up but as cheaply as possible and not with a high attention to detail.

Nice staff. Clean room. Nothing fancy here, but there was a fridge and microwave oven. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. The room had some age, but that could be expected from a building once used as a train station.

I felt the room was very overpriced for a very basic room but it was clean & tidy with a nice bathroom. Right next door to Spark Arena which was convenient for our concert, the lady on reception was lovely, showed us to our room & gave us a later check out time. Take earplugs though as very noisy outside all night.
