Great stay here! Great location, everything close by. Quick check in and lovely front reception staff. Room was clean. Would have liked another mirror somewhere as the light in bathroom was very dim and I couldn't see to do makeup and hair. Bed sheets kept coming off and duvet wasnt the right size for bed, got a bit cold. There was a whistling through our room even with doors and windows shut... was very odd! All in all, great place to stay with exceptional views!

Well appointed and immaculately clean with great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst not the newest building, it has been refurbished thoughtfully and you have the benefit of more spacious rooms. The property has a great central location that I felt safe to walk to and from in the evening as a female traveller. Have booked again for future trips.

The staff is nice and accommodating, however the apartment in general was very run down and dated. There must have been some type of leak from the bathroom as the carpet outside the bathroom door and hallway was soaking wet. The heater that was provided in the lounge didn't work only blew cold air.

Our apartment was clean and comfortable with kitchen and full fridge. We had a corner room with balcony and views over the harbour. Whilst we were only there overnight (due to delay in connecting flight) the hotel team were very friendly and helpful. Location is very walkable to Harbourside.
