Featured great meeting spaces. And, your wait staff was very accommodating and patient! However, your hotel rooms were exceptionally cold to sleep in. Need to keep the rooms warmer during the winter months. All the rooms should have extra blankets in them.

Great location within walking distance of the bus station and the city centre. If you’re planning to have easy access to buses to and from the airport, this is the right place. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. There is a nearby homeless shelter/charity kitchen, so you may occasionally see people in the area, but I didn’t find it disruptive as a solo female traveller. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Auckland. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming ( Argentinian men )
