There was no room information other than wifi password. The corridors smelled strongly of air fresheners. The room smelled dirty so we kept the air conditioning on. The lounge had what looked like body fluids stains on it so we didn’t sit on it. The window didn’t close, luckily on the second floor so low chance of break in. Noisy . Thin walls and noisy guests. Bathroom sink cabinet shelf was broken. Car park not locked at night, people running around inside. Lucky our rental car didn’t get damaged.

Pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and tidy. Shower looked new and everything worked. We traveled with kids who used the sofa bed. I like that there was a separate TV in the main bedroom. The whole property inside was clean, air conditioned and well kept. Parking was easy and close.

If you have the last $100 left in your pocket, only then decide to stay in this hotel. Strong chemical perfume smell, rude and arrogant lady staff. Thin walls and old creaking floors will make you hear every move of other guests in the hotel. The photos are taken from wide angle lenses because the room sizes are not as big as it looks in the pics. Only and only plus point is that its one of the cheapest with free parking. Better pay little extra and find some other place in the town. less than 1 star.

Dodgy motel, greeted by someone in their PJ's smoking at reception, receptionist told us to park under the security camera just to be sure vehicle wasn't broken into. once in the room, which is through a rabbit warren, the room smelt musty, vanity was broken, old milk left in the fridge and the sofa bed had old sheets on it. Needless to say we did not stay, lost our money but stayed down the road and felt much safer in a clean and tidy room. Would never recommend this establishment!!

Despite being in a low demographic area, the hotel and it's carpark were safe. The staff at reception were very courteous and friendly. Our room was very clean, we had the one bedroom studio with a small living room with couch and kitchenette. The bed is wide and comfortable. Only 10 minutes drive to Sylvia Park shopping mall and not too far to the airport.

There was no breakfast option so umable to comment on that. Staff were lovely, and the email communication beforehand was super useful. We were in Room 16 and it was clean and tidy, but it looks as though a repair is needed on the kitchen benchtop which appeared to have water damage. Bed was comfy and the shower was great which was all we needed for our short overnight stay. We would definitely return again.

Staff was nice. Room was ok but was not clean under the beds there was rubbish and socks from when other people had stayed . I had a toddler so it wasnt ideal for her to be rolling on the ground gross. The plugs didnt fit the Sinks .And stains on the Under sheets the covered the bottom of the beds. Thats probly why they dont clean under there coz u cant see unless u look under yourself. Any way it served its purpose some wea to sleep. Probly wont be back.
