This condo has beautiful LVP floors, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with top of the line cookware, a Nespresso Coffee Maker, quartz countertops, Smart TV, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Step into the beautifully tiled bathroom stocked with fluffy towels and spa robes so you can relax after a long day of tailgating, exploring downtown shopping and restaurants, or attending one of our many sporting and special events! No pets and no smoking - if evidence of either is found, you will be liable for $1,000 in damages for cleaning and ventilating.
No renters under the age of 25.
Occupancy is limited to 4 people.
There Is a train nearby but there Is a sound machine located In the bedroom for your convenience.
A parking pass is provided - please return to the unit before departure. A $250 replacement fee will be incurred if lost.
All garbage must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster at the complex entrance.
Please start the dishwasher before you leave.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Place used towels in the bath tub.
Make sure all windows and doors are locked.
