**HOUSE RULES**
This is a non-smoking, pet free unit. If evidence of either is found, you will be fined up to $1000 in damages.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Occupancy must not exceed 8 persons unless otherwise agreed upon by management.
All trash must be bagged and removed from the unit and placed in the dumpster at the entrance near the mailboxes.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
Three condo complex parking passes are included with this rental. All passes must be returned to the unit before departure or an $80 replacement fee will be charged per pass.
Please put all used towels in the tub, start the dishwasher, and lock all windows and doors prior to departure.
