About this space:
Welcome to Honey Acres, a private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom detached guest house (~720 sq ft) located above a garage with its own entrance.

Important: This is a guest house located on a shared property. The main home is also on-site, but your space is fully separate with dedicated parking and access.

Guests enjoy the balance of quiet country surroundings, local wildlife including deer, birds, and turkeys, and quick access to town, restaurants, and events.

Pool and Spa (Optional Add-On): 4th of July Weekend is available!
-Pool and hot tub access may be available on select dates when the main home is unoccupied. This is not included in your stay and requires an additional fee. Please message the host in advance to confirm availability, pricing, and rules.

Equestrian-Friendly Stay (Tevis Cup and Events):
-We welcome Tevis Cup riders, crews, and horse travelers. Our property is conveniently located near Auburn and Tevis Cup access points.

Available upon request for an additional fee:
-Trailer parking (up to approximately 30 feet)
-Access to a secluded pasture for grazing
-Please message in advance to confirm availability, setup, and pricing.

Bedroom: King bed, twin bed, and twin-over-full bunk bed. Ideal for families or small groups.

Bathroom: Spacious full bathroom with tub and shower combination.

Living Area: Comfortable living room with couch and Samsung Smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, Keurig + Full Size Cofee Maker available, and essentials. Premium spring water provided.

-Views of grazing goats and sunset skies from the front deck
