One of the best

One of the better Campanile, Clean, staff helpful and actually read the requests you make on the booking form. We need a ground floor room and this was affirmed by email prior to our stay. Not the case with other Campanile. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a cinema and adequate EV charging stations. I have stayed in a lot of Campanile and this is one of the few that I can recommend.

Our first room had a plumbing problem and the carpet was wet. We told the staff in the morning and they seemed to know about this but we still had given us the room. Our second room for the following night smelled really bad from cigarettes even though it’s non smoking. Also we could hear music into the night from the nearby bar. Overall not a nice place to stay.

Our bathroom didnt lock or even latch. The exterior door was not flush to the ground, so cold air was coming in. They did have something to block the bottom of the door, but it was falling apart and didnt stay on when we were closing the door. The room smelled like someone had smoked in there. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Petit déjeuner très moyen.un buffet extrêmement restreint, pas d'oeufs brouillés, pas de fromage blanc vrac. Des pots de yaourt...alors qu'on cherche à réduire les dechets...

Le chargeur electrique auto a finalement fonctionné sir le parking, apres des années de passage sans. En general, tout est bien. Le personnel nous a meme attribué une chambre au rez de chaussé. Par contre, dans la chambre (no 12), l'ecoulement d'eau dans le lavabo n'était pas operationel et pas de technicien disponible pour effectuer la réparation.
