Was not able to access the home due to no prior contact or response from the host. Sadly had to call VRBO , which after being on hold for well over an hour did refund us. Check in was at 3 and at 6:10 the same day received email from VRBO stating host cancelled our stay due to not meeting age requirements of 19 years old - not only am I 58 , the rest of the party was over 19 as well - never were we asked to prove this and disappointed to hear this is why host never contacted us . Would recommend not ever you can access the property even if you receive a confirmation of payment and that you are booked . Extremely disappointed
