Cozy Home on Lake Huron II is a waterfront cabin with 75 feet of private natural shoreline access on Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron. The shoreline is natural rather than a groomed sandy swimming beach, and water levels, shoreline material, and access conditions vary with seasons and weather.



Any platform label such as “beach,” “beachfront,” or “private beach” refers to the waterfront setting and shoreline access—not a maintained sandy beach. Pets may use the shoreline area subject to the property’s pet rules, but the shoreline should not be described as a sandy private beach.
