This is a 1750 square foot home on Core Sound that has recently been renovated. It features an open floor plan with a large kitchen, counter seating for 4 and a dining table for 8, all with spectacular water views. There are 3 bedrooms(2 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and 3 baths. The home will sleep 8 comfortably. There are 2 covered porches and a large waterside deck with comfortable seating. Outside there is a covered cooking area with grills and gas cookers. Launch your kayak off of or tie your boat to the pier. Bait the crab trap that is provided and enjoy a meal of blue crabs and rock crab claws. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer provided for your convenience in a laundry nook off of the main bathroom.
You may see dolphin in the sound or bald eagles in the sky.

Peaceful Getaway

Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful! The home is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. We especially loved the peaceful setting and the stunning view of the sound. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The fishing and crabbing right from the dock was excellent, making the trip even more enjoyable.
