We love this location. This is the second residence we have stayed in here and it’s been amazing both times. We love the property and the locations convenient to all we love. We love fishing so this is a great spot for us being sound side. We are already looking to book next summers trip.

Pleasant stay

Very nice place but the front door lock really needs work. We did not use anything in the kitchen except the coffee pot. There were a few noticeable roaches in the dishwasher and bathroom. It was very clean.

Elderly Parents Vacay to see the Beach again

The Views are great from both sides of the unit. it is really roomy for a condo. Prents are 87 and 84 and used to own some property jut up the beach and we have vacationed here for years. Only negatives were it was not really handicapped which has nothing to do with this place..that was on me.. As for check in there were plenty of emails and follow up but must hit "#" before the elevator code. And bring most anything you want in terms of salt/pepper, etc that you might find in other rentals. Nothing but the basics here upon arrival. Again not a problem but good to know for anyone wanting to rent. Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again for sure.

The complex is great in reference to: location, living space, Intercoastal Waterway & Ocean views, Amenities, Safety, Parking, Price Upgrades &/or Repairs or Replacements: Dishwasher, bedding linens, some furnishings, umbrella for Balcony, utensils & cooking supplies All-n-All; the Condo was Averagely Equipped & Basically Clean but a bit more attention to details could make this a Dream Vacation Rental with a 5* rating

It was work the cost

The property was pretty well maintained and clean great community and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Some small items like a ceiling fan in bedroom apparently lost the cord to allow fan to operate without the light on and bathroom in bedroom #3 the toilet runs as stopper needs replaced and front door needs weatherstrip to seal door and save energy costs. Overall a beautiful view and good layout (3 BR and 3 Bath). We would stay here again good amenities and close to beaches very relaxing atmosphere.
