The Sand Castle a beautifully appointed home designed for unforgettable getaways. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the thoughtful upgrades throughout, including rich hardwood floors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and elegant granite countertops. This spacious property offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with inviting views from every level of the home.

Step inside from the welcoming porch to the first floor, where you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The first features a queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for families or younger guests, offering a twin bunk setup, TV, and convenient access to a full shared bathroom. A washer and dryer are also located on this floor for your convenience.

The second floor opens into a bright, airy living space designed for gathering and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for four—perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. You’ll also find everything you need to feel at home, including a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, toaster, panini press, blender, and more. The adjoining living area offers comfortable seating for your entire group, along with a TV for cozy nights in. The community pool is typically open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Basic cable, Netflix, and Roku are provided.

Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the AB check-in office to pick up 2 parking passes.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
