The 15' x 35' private pool sits between the home and the ocean, with direct boardwalk access from the pool deck to the beach.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee.

Covered and open decks off the main living area provide plenty of outdoor space for ocean breezes, afternoon sunsets, and dining outside.

Bedding includes:
3 King bedrooms
1 bedroom with a Double bed and Double bunk
1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds, each with a Single over Double configuration

Three King primary suites are located on the top floor and each includes a private bathroom and Smart TV.

Two of the King suites are oceanfront and share a covered deck, while the third offers ocean views.

Premier linens are included, with beds made for your arrival.

The spacious main living level features a large kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for preparing meals for the group.

The living area opens onto both covered and open decks, keeping the ocean close even when everyone is gathered inside.
