The Toes in the Sand Duplex brings you all the modern comforts of home. This two-bedroom vacation rental is located just a short jaunt to the beach where you can soak in the sun, build your favorite sandcastle, ride the waves, or all of the above! This cozy, little cottage makes for the perfect getaway. Pack up your suitcase, your smile, and don't forget to bring along the two family dogs as this beach cottage also includes a fenced-in backyard, perfect for kids and dogs!


Your primary bedroom offers a peaceful night's sleep with a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV. The second bedroom provides two twins with a ceiling fan. Your bathroom offers a shower stall where you can soak in the steam and wash away all your worries. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the cozy kitchen/dining area. The property was just as listed! Pet friendly with a fenced backyard. Easy check in. Super close to the public beach access so we were able to walk there! Definitely an older building though (limited hot water, slightly run down, etc.)

Perfect little rental

Cute, clean duplex with convenient walk to beach and restaurants. Several days didn't even move car. Vacasa was excellent management company and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Great location!

This rental was quiet and conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was easily accessible and pet friendly. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes so we were able to cook. There was ample parking. We traveled with our young daughter (13 months) and we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Atlantic Beach fun

Everything was easy from picking up keys to drop off. The unit was clean and cute. We only needed a steam pot for shrimp Everything else was on site. We packed the fridge from the local foodlion. Beach was walking distance. Most of all my 2 furry friends were safe and happy while we were on the beach. Cute fenced in back yard where we could let them off leash while we watched them. Would recommend. Will stay again
