This Atlantic Beach home provides you with a beautiful, canal-front location and a deepwater boat slip, with a public boat ramp conveniently located just a couple of blocks away. You'll be able to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails on the back deck overlooking the water.


The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a large flatscreen TV, a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The upstairs is a loft, offering a den with a sofa that folds out into a twin bed and a flatscreen TV, as well as a fourth bedroom with a full bed. Free WiFi and a stacked washer/dryer are provided as well.

Yard full of dog crap. Mold all over upstairs ceiling. House full of gnats. No counter tops in bathroom for toiletries,etc. Most importantly, terrible dock setup!!!! No remote for boat lift!!! How can someone climb over the railing on the dock, lower the boat lift, get the boat on the lift, hold the boat in place while raising the lift? Absolute joke of a dock situation! Whole purpose of renting that house was convenience of boating access . Will definitely never rent again!!!! Ps and management that promised a call back and never did!! Absolutely a joke!

Never again...

Infested with insecrs. Outdoor furniture was not usable chairs were unsafe to sit in. There was no outdoor grill. Refrigerator icemaker and cold water was not working. Tv would not connect to network. Second floor vanity sink is not usable. First floor bathroom is not clean enough, shower is very dirty. The local office rectified a few of the problems. however, we lost two days of vacation.VRBO and Vacasa were clearly unaware of the condition of this rental and is not vested in returning renters.. The Broker, when pushed hard agreed to a 25% refund but would not move us to another property. No local Broker or top managenent called. The owner of the property does not care because the house is for sale.

The house is older and there has been updates made. Kitchen is FANTASTIC. The bathrooms have had some updates but needs to have at least 1 hand held shower . There was rat turds behind the couch upstairs. There needs to be a tv added to one of the downstairs bedrooms. Also there needs to be proper bed frames for the beds. 1 bed was knocked out of alignment and wobbled until we fixed it

Great time!

The house was laid out well and a great choice if you have older family that needs things on one floor. And if you have a pet, there are food-water bowls already provided. The kitchen was the favorite room to gather in and has an array of kitchenware and small appliances to get the job done. The views were great; mornings from the front and sunsets from the back porch. Will definitely plan on staying here again.

The trip

The only complaint was I wish it was more clear as far as where to check in and check out, such as a text that morning or an email that morning. Had to search and search on the app to figure out how to get the keys for the house
