Perfect for any family, the convenient location allows you to do something different every day if you choose. Sit in the sand and take in the scenic beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, take a dip in the outdoor pool, or take a short drive to any of the amazing local attractions. The quiet simplicity of Pine Knoll Shores will have you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in no time. Located on the third floor, condo 303 is easily accessed by an elevator and offers a gorgeous oceanfront view. The spacious living room with a large flat-panel TV and DVD player provides comfortable seating for everyone. The living room also provides access to a glorious oceanfront balcony where you may want to do a little sunbathing!

The generously equipped and modern kitchen with granite countertops makes feeding the family a breeze. You can gather everyone around the dining table with seating for six and enjoy a long-needed family meal together or a morning on the oceanfront balcony with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Having three bedrooms and three baths means there is more than enough room for everyone. The grand principal bedroom offers the luxury of a king bed for a peaceful night's rest. You will also find a flat-panel TV and DVD player, private access to the oceanfront balcony, and a private bath. The family will be able to choose from two other bedrooms. One bedroom provides a queen bed and also provides private access to the hall bath. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a private full bath.

The property is well appointed and some of the furnishings are showing wear and tear, but it was very clean and everything worked! The plugs in the kitchen were under the upper counter and that was ok but not great. The view of the beach is super! And evenings on the porch were a treat. Also great was just one small set of stairs from the pool to the boardwalk (ramp) made loading on to and off beach easy. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The kitchen is lacking pots and pans. The carpet needs replacing in the bedrooms. The cleaning crew good do a better job. The location is fantastic and the view is amazing.

Great beach location

This is a 3rd floor condo on an excellent part of PKS beach with super easy access to the water and a pool (no one was ever in it). The building itself is not the prettiest but the location, quiet and lack of crowds cannot be beat. The condo is roomy and has a nice balcony and everything you would need for a week at the beach including a smart TV and some books. We ate many of our meals at the condo and there was plenty of dishes, utensils, cups, etc. The management company provided a starter pack of soap, trash bags, paper products, dish soap and more. We picked up what we needed at the Food Lion. Make sure you bring beach towels (none that we could find) and extra paper products. Our only complaint was that the mattresses left much to be desired...in fact I will need to see a Dr this week. But the linens and bedding were fine. Overall, it is a great location on one of the prettiest stretches of the beach.
