Great Escape

This was a great place to stay. Convenient location to downtown Moorehead. Beautiful ocean view. The TV remotes were aggravating. I would make it more user friendly to watch TV.

Excellent value

This property has everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Although it was perfect for our family of 4, luxury is not part of the equation. It has great staff, amenities, location and safety. We paid a very reasonable price for all of this and set our expectations accordingly. We were not disappointed in any way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to any of my friends with young children. It is a great family option. The unit had bed linens, bath towels, paper products, dishwasher and hand soap, and trash bags. Suggestions for an even better experience: 1) the room could use a broom to help combat the sand from the on-site beach. 2) only 2 working washing (laundry) machines on the entire property. There were several that were not working, but either way, there weren’t enough and people waited days for a washer. 3) there is only 1 elevator for the entire building. It gets really busy at check in and check out and also was difficult for people with mobility limitations. 4) the amenity locations could be marked and labeled more clearly on paperwork, layouts and in the hallways themselves. None of this impacted our experience in any material way and we were very pleased with the value proposition this property afforded. The check in experience was very easy and the staff even managed to get us in a little early, although we did not expect this to happen. Thank you to the owners, property managers and staff for a great time.

Great little place on the beach

This is a great little place on the beach. The only issue I would have is with the checkin process. You need to pickup a packet at the leasing office and then pickup another packet with virtually the same information at another location on the property. The only difference is the one from on the property contains your parking pass and swim bands. I fail to see how these items cannot be included in the packet from the leasing office.
