Nestled among the dunes of North Carolina's coast, this two-bedroom condo offers a quiet, beachside escape from the everyday. Just a stone's throw from Fort Macon State Park, this condo boasts direct beach access and two on-site pools (one with a slide) in addition to many other incredible amenities, which include tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard, mini-golf, outside bowling, hot tubs, a pet park, grills, and picnic tables.

Furnished with a bar-height bistro table with seating for two, early birds will love catching morning sunrises from the private balcony. Don't worry if you like to sleep in though - the balcony is perfect any time of day, with stunning views available around the clock. While you won't want to miss out on the fresh, local fare, the full kitchen - including a dishwasher - makes it easy to plan at-home meals for your stay. The rug was stained and dirty. The couch and love seat were also stained. The bed must be older because it had a hump in the middle. Shower curtain needs replaced.The facility itself was nice with a lot to do and the grounds were well taken care of.

The unit was overall okay. The AC did not go lower than 70. The hot water did not stay hot long, had someone come look at it but couldn’t fix the issue. The furniture was a little dirty, along with the floors not being cleaned well. Other than those three things the unit was good.

Family vacation

Overall not a bad place to stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the unit is tastefully decorated. This property does have an elevator, but it is not located very close to this unit. This unit is also a moderate walk to the beach. The kids were happy that the outdoor pool was open during our stay. They enjoyed the slide. Just wish there would be an easier check in/out process that didn’t involve 2 stops for each. We also received several different check out instructions, so it was difficult to figure out what all needed to be done before we left.

Great value stay.

Booked it for Easter week 2025. We enjoy staying by the ocean but anticipating the water would still be on the crisp side we were happy to find a place that had an indoor heated pool. The unit was clean and cozy as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen hardware. The unit is located on the far side of the property so bring a cart to haul your beach chairs and stuff to the sand. The beach is clean with plenty of space . Will definitely book again.

Pleasing Experience

It was more than I expected. I was impressed by the layout of the unit. I loved the balcony. We were able too see the ocean from it. It was very clean. We tried to leave it in the condition we found it in. Only one thing the shower head didn’t work well. The outer door shutter got stuck and we were unable to get out for a while. Overall our stay was a good experience. We are looking forward to staying with you again! Thank You!!

Property was just as listed, you could see the inlet from the front door, indoor pool and beach view from balcony. Only suggestion would be to add a step stool for the shorter person 🤗. A moderate walk to the beach from condo, as this property is closer to the resort office. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and my 6yr old son had a blast 🏖️♥️.

Lovely trip

Came down for sons birthday with his friend. Property was immaculate upon arrival. Was able to check in early. Kids had a great time with their own room. As many trips that I have gone on sleeping in a bed that was not my own i have never slept well until I stayed here. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable I slept through the night every night we were there. Check out instructions were a tad annoying. Even though I booked through VRBO, the condo we stayed in was managed from a realtor office. I got two separate check out instructions. One said for me to wash dishes and put away, take out trash and leave all linens on beds and in bathrooms. Second set of instructions said to load diswasher and run it but leave the dishes there and the cleaning company wpuld put away, said to take out trash, and then to take off all linens from beds and leave sitting in the rooms. I just washed dishes and put away, took out trash, and took off linens because I was not sure what to do. Communication was great through the realtor office. Only thing I would have liked a little was to not be getting so many texts and emails. You don't always get great customer service and with Vacasa they went over and beyond with that, so I don't want to sound unappreciative with the abundance of customer service. Overall a 1000 star review. Loved this place.

Great family stay.

The location and amenities of this place were amazing and it held our family of 6 perfect! We would 100% stay again. Our kids loved the indoor pool, playground, and mini golf! We, however, do have some concerns we received 2 different directions for checkout cleanup that contradicted each other and they did not provide dish soap to hand wash dishes but you could not leave dishes in the dishwasher making it impossible to use the dishes the day of checkout. They also do not leave laundry detergent so you must bring your own to wash towels and clothing if needed. However, the biggest issues were the mattresses they are in desperate need of replacement as well as the pillows they were gross. We also cleaned out the lint catcher in the dryer and it looked like it had never been emptied and was a fire hazard I would make sure the cleaning company are emptying it.

Wonderful Stay!
