This completely renovated, second-floor oceanfront condo features excellent ocean, beach, and pool views! The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite half bath. In the living room, you'll find a large flatscreen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a sleeper sofa. The screened-in balcony off the living room will make for a lovely setting for entertaining your guests. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath in the hall, a private washer and dryer, and free WiFi. Dunescape Villas community amenities include four oceanfront pools, elevators, and access to Bogue Sound.

View was great and pool was refreshingly cool on our very hot days. Convenient to grocery store and marina. Parking is an issue with only 2 passes though. Hard for family or friends to visit for lunch or dinner. They got a warning violation each time they stopped by for a visit. So not sure we will stay again for that reason.

A vacation getaway

After numerous calls to Vacasa regarding our tv connection, on the fourth day of our week long stay, I finally called Spectrum and was told the cable was disabled and the owner on the account had to call Spectrum requesting connection . After my fifth call to Vacasa relaying this information, I was told once again, someone would get back to me, nothing was done. Needless to say, we will not be using Vacasa again. Very unprofessional and lack of communication with their customers. Maureen

Atlantic Beach Trip

This condo was perfect for our long weekend stay for an Atlantic Beach wedding! Kitchen was well stocked, as were paper towels/TP and soaps. The balcony has a nice view of the pool, dunes, and beach. The open kitchen & living room layout was a nice hangout space. The condo was clean & as advertised in the pictures.

Nice but problems w TVs.

The property is nice. Has everything we needed but for the bedroom TVs. Two didn’t work at all and one, no volume or channel control. We would like a credit of some kind to make up for the TVs.
