The worst experience and service ever in my 50 years of life! Checked in w my husband whos in his 60’s after leaving a different location only for a lower rate. This was a lesson of you get what you pay for! The big chick/ mngr Cassidy at the front desk and the two toned faced flamboyant mngr Sean are very dangerous people! first upon arriving the clerk Kendra welcomed us by alerting her mngr that I mentioned we had moved from a location a hour away, assuming we had negative issues at the other location and she later told me this was a ref flag to her. After being treated oddly i asked kendra why we kept being harassed about our prior stay. After telling me about alerting her mngr etc. Mins later the Douglas Sheriff was at our door aggressively demanding we leave w a month worth of food cloths a senior etc at 10p. Knowing my rights I requested a Sgt and full investigation. Kendras complaint was she didnt like me telling her I had money etc. It was rude.. once the Sgt advised Kendra Sean and Cassidy that I did not have to leave. I pd for 1 month and had a 30 day contract. He told them i had to be evicted. Casidy refunded my money anyway and was at the door by 8a banging and disregarding the law telling us to get out. Challenging to fight me etc. Once I told her and Sean I was staying because Sgt of the police they callled said I could. They repeatedly called the police and gave false reports of threats to try to get me trespassed from the property. Ghetto! Dont stay
