Smell bad and the room was smaller than looks in the picture Just one side table and the AC is very close to the bed very uncomfortable and noisy additionally the area is very noisy My cellphone charger was dismissed because I can’t charged beside me
A broken lamp and they didn’t accept the deposit in cash and I think the Expedia partners in other places never paid deposit

Braves trip

The check in was fine. The poor guy behind the desk was by himself at peak check-in time! He did great he could have used some help because there was quite a long line of people waiting to check in. The room was ok, but it needs to be updated to include more USB ports. There were only two. One on each lamp and they didn't work at all. Very loose connection. The only way we could charge devices was with a block (that we luckily had) plugged into an outlet. Breakfast food was good but the coffee was universally disliked by the coffee drinkers in our group. They said it was really bad coffee. The hotel has added a free shuttle to Truist Park which was fabulous! It's not a bad walk to the stadium but being shuttled was really nice! Kudos for that!

Close to the battery but over priced possibly

The hotel is close to the Battery which is a plus. The staff wa very friendly and helpful. The elevators very kinda concerning upon our arrival. We checked out and found the elevators were shut down. One lady said she was stuck in the elevator but got out after a few minutes. Nice hotel but could use a facelift. Overall I would stay again in the future.

The room was clean and no complaints there only complaint was the Waffle House I guess does teenage drag strips on Friday so all you can hear was the cars racing down the street until 4:00 in the morning the connecting room even though we didn't have it as connecting room they made noise till about 3:30 that you could hear as well

Would not recommend!

Room smelled like mold. Shower did not work it was taped up, like was broken. We had to move rooms and the next room we got the ac was so loud I couldn't sleep and it also smelled like mold, above the shower was water damage.

We had asked for two beds for my adult grandson and myself. We were told by phone that they were not available. To our amazement when we opened the room, there were 2 comfortable queen beds. Room was clean, quiet, well laid out. Really nice property! Really good service! There was even a shuttle to Truist ballpark!
