We had asked for two beds for my adult grandson and myself. We were told by phone that they were not available. To our amazement when we opened the room, there were 2 comfortable queen beds. Room was clean, quiet, well laid out. Really nice property! Really good service! There was even a shuttle to Truist ballpark!

I loved that we could walk to ballpark/take the complementary shuttle, however, this hotel could use some major upkeep! The lobby is beautiful and the staff was mostly friendly but the rooms were less than impressive. The first room they had us in smelled AWFUL like wet, moldy carpet. We then realized that the door didn't lock properly. We requested a new room and they were accommodating which was much appreciated. On the way to our new room, we ran into a guest who was given a room that was already occupied!!!!! The new room smelled much better but didn't feel overly clean. The shelves in the bathroom that hold towels were super dusty and we only reveived 3 towels for 5 guests. The a/c was old and very noisy. There were greasy spots on the headboard from a previous guest. It just didn't feel like it was well cleaned at all! There were 2 elevators- 1 was marked not to use and the other felt like it was in major need of maintenance. I chose this hotel based on ratings but as of September 2025 I would not recommend it! I typically don't write reviews but I feel it's only fair to let others know what we experienced.

The computer system was down and the staff continued to manually check people in and were still very cheerful. The property provided shuttle service to The Battery and Truist Park. It was a very nice experience.

Tired.

Staff was friendly and hotel was close to Truist which was the reason for the stay. But trash bins were overflowing, rooms were stuffy and sparse. It feels like a hotel that has been thinly “redecorated” but really needs a deep clean and remodel. Would not stay here again.

Good location, but...

Room was okay, but neither TV remote worked and the shower leaked. Bed was pretty good. Only one elevator working, and it sounds like it's about to fall apart. Location is the only real positive.
