Easy & Secure Check-In
Checking in is effortless. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the building entrance. Please bring a valid ID, and let us know if someone other than the person who booked will be checking in. The concierge will verify that the guest matches the reservation and guide you to your condo.
Once inside, you’ll receive a digital door code to access your unit, and a key fob will be provided for easy entry to the building throughout your stay.

This entire rental unit accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and clothing storage, with access to the full bathroom. The second bedroom, often described as a “treehouse” space, features a single daybed and a built-in desk overlooking the surrounding trees and pool area - a quiet spot suited for rest or focused work. The layout maintains a comfortable separation between shared living spaces and sleeping areas.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: is on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Each reservation comes with one assigned space
TRASH: Trash can be disposed in the closet to the right of the elevator.
COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE: the building is undergoing maintenance from a recent fire. You will encounter fans and repairs in the common area. The unit itself was not affected by the fire.
