Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 check-in even though I paid in advance. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room, prompt service order response but it still didn’t work. We moved rooms at 11:00 at night to the same type of room on a different floor and it was perfect. Until house keeping came in the room unannounced at 9:30 the next morning while we were asleep in bed an hour and a half before checkout. Lovely hotel and very nice room but not the night of comfort we expected for the price we paid. Restaurant experience was a disappointment for the price as well, especially considering we were the only two customers at the time we were there. Rooftop bar and indoor pool were the best experiences during our stay.

We didn't eat breakfast there but we used the Starbucks every morning and it was so convenient and super nice staff as well! The water stations were also very convenient!

We stayed here to attend an event at the Gas South Arena and couldn't be any happier about our decision! From the greeting by the valet, to the friendly and helpful check-in process, and the patience when I locked myself out of my room -the staff were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, we took advantage of the in-room coffee. We loved this hotel for the on-site dining options and convenience to things we wanted to do nearby. We would love to stay here again.

Clean room, front desk staff was amazing and humorous, both restaurants were great with the food, service and speed. Had a not so good experience on my checkout day with a young girl at the Starbucks onsite whom was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to report my experience to her manager, Yaya.
