The room is always clean and comfortable. The outside is free of trash and quiet as well. I definitely get my rest there. I have stayed there twice and plan on staying again in the near future.. It’s fine dining restaurants walking distance

Is not that bad, the problem is when I got to my room the floor was dirty, sheets super clean towels super clean, showers need to be cleaned more thoroughly had to do my own cleaning, have a roach phobia, my husband has found a roach on the kitchen wall, I didn't see the place infested but still just that one roach affects my brain, can't get basic room service like toilet paper or towels, you have to be at the laundry room by 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. to get your own supplies, and if you're at the laundry room at 10:00 a.m. on the DOT no one will answer, waited outside for at least 10 minutes, got tired of waiting and went back to my room. I've paid less and gotten better room service.

I booked a 4 night stay for the holidays arrived 12/23/25 @ 10:30pm & nobody was in the office to accomadate my reservation and there website and sign on the door cleary stated that there hours was open until 11pm during the holiday. No one answered the phone and the customer service reps couldnt get anyone to the site to honor my reservation and they act like they couldnt refund my $$
