Arrived at 2:15 only to be told I had to come back at 3🙄🙄 A bit sketchy with the guests staying there and heard 2 people screaming at each other from the hallway on the way to my room . Ice only on first floor. Wouldn’t stay again alone didn’t feel safe to leave the room

The location was convenient to our venue, and having a McDonald’s right next door was definitely a plus. However, the property felt more like an extended-stay apartment building, with a dorm-like atmosphere. The residents were friendly, but there were a lot of lingering smells throughout the halls — from food being cooked to cigarette smoke — and our floor in particular smelled strongly of smoke. The room didn’t feel very clean, with a moldy odor, some visible mold around the tub, and even a small hole in the shower. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the bed was quite uncomfortable, though the pillows were surprisingly nice. Overall, while the location was convenient, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Front desk staff I encountered very nice & helpful. Room was clean & very spacious with adequate amenities. Room did not include iron, ironing board, or hair dryer like most other places. Those items have to be checked out at the front desk. AC system in room very old but worked well. There was some sort of paint stains on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was loose, but no other issues with bathroom. This hotel does not supply basic toiletries like most others do. Biggest complaint is the noise level. There are many local long-term residents here, so it has more of a dorm or hostel feel. Even though the building is not directly on a main road, it is close enough that you hear lots of traffic noise. Decent place to stay if you're needing something clean & relatively cheap, but not somewhere to go and relax. I booked two nights but only stayed one due to the noise levels.

Disgusting! My room and the entire building smelled really bad. The room was so bad, we left at midnight to drive 6 hours home vs trying to sleep there. Noisy all night and impossible to sleep.

Perfectly fine for a quick over night stay. Really no complaints except no toiletries for a shower. Parking lot seemed safe and clean. Corridors smelled a little old but not dirty. The floors are a little creaky so I was woken up several times but the guests above us walking around but they weren't intentionally being loud. We stayed just for a few hours of sleep after a concert and I can't complain for the price. I would stay there again.

No one at check-in desk upon arrival for 15 min…

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. The place is a slum. Trash all over the place outside the hotel, etc. When the front desk clerk finally arrived, she was rude to me and said she had been upstairs helping a guest with a tv problem. That’s fine, but put a note or something at the check-in area….

I was a bit surprised. I stayed for three weeks. It was better than I expected. The room was large and seemed to have some great upgrades. The price was better than all other hotels of that same caliber. It’s next door to McDonald’s and about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Sugarloaf mill mall. The mini kitchen was small, but it was very helpful to have one with a stove. The black lady at the front desk (sorry, I can’t remember her name) was very helpful. If I had any situation that needed attention, she was quick to jump on it. It was better than all other extended stay hotels. There was a strong food smelI when I got there, but after several days of airing out the room, it went away. I did read reviews saying there’s sketchy people outside the hotel. And they were in fact there, but they weren’t sketchy. But perhaps friendly people that were staying there. So I don’t know what they meant by sketchy. But it’s in a great quiet suburban area and I would definitely recommend.
