Very basic hotel. No pool, no elevator (yes, no elevator), no 24 hour front desk. It is a new place but it was built as cheaply as possible. Price was not cheap though.

Let me start by saying that Rod was very pleasant when greeting us and was kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience after that was disappointing. The manager appeared dismissive and not as attentive as she should have been. I raised a serious concern after we found a bug in the bed, specifically in the sheets farther from the door. Because of this, my family was unable to sleep comfortably that night. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was told there was nothing that could be done until the room was inspected. While we were moved to another room, I feel some form of accommodation should have been offered, especially since we traveled from Miami and had a documented photo of the bug found in the bed. To make matters worse, the second room we were placed in was dusty and had dog fur in the bed. I am allergic, and as a result, one of my eyes began to swell. Overall, this experience was stressful and far from comfortable, and I expected better attention to cleanliness and guest concerns.

Great place and convenient. Does give you a feel of living in an apartment. The bathroom was very clean and they do provide you with plates/utensils/cooking supply like pots and pans. Full refrigerator and stove, living room has its own tv and so does the bathroom. There is a 2 way door in the room that is connected to the next room. The walls are thin so you can hear other people Nextdoor. I tried to use the over but it started to smoking when it got up to 115 degrees. I immediately turned it off and the smoke went away. I let the front desk know and they immediately handled the situation.
