I was planning to attend Braves Fest in Atlanta with my son and another coach and his som from their youth baseball team. The weather, as everyone was aware, caused travel issues and we were not able to make it. On top of that, Braves Fest was canceled due to the weather, however we were not able to cancel our reservation for a refund. I’m sure SpringHill Suites is a wonderful place, but not allowing someone to cancel a hotel room is ridiculous. If you rent a home or a vacation property, I understand, but a hotel? That’s absurd. Maybe that is Hotels.com policy, an if that’s the case, I won’t be using their site to book future trips.

I went during an odd time(New Year's day) so things seemed a little weird. My room only got cleaned once the entire visit. But otherwise I had a good stay. I've been to this location before and really enjoyed it. I like that it's quiet but still close to everything.
