Breakfast is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Not so quiet at night, can hear horns blowing outside and if you’re close to the elevator, you can hear lots of people walking/talking in the hall. I stayed in a room opposite the aquarium. However, the stay was overall good.

Staff was AhMaziiing!! They were very tentative and helpful. Special shout out to Mariah, Mya, and Carlton. Very helpful, kind, informative, and all around a pleasure. Mariah and Carlton especially were the two that helped me . Definitely would stay again.

This was a very nice property. Clean, nice setup and a very good complimentary breakfast. My only complaint which isnt really a big deal was that the property has valet that pretty much isnt optional. I was asked several times if I wanted to valet my parking like I had a choice. I just hadnt realized when booking that there was no self parking but again it was no major biggie. I would certainly stay again as the property is within walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops, the aquarium and the GTech campus.

Good location,good value. Room was basic, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff was super helpful and responsive, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Thanks Ruby! we had some basic room maintenance issues, but front staff was very qick to address and very cheerfully. Breakfast better than expected. Id stay there again!

Not many fast food shops nearby, but great service at the location. On the weekend (even while I was on the 12th floor) the night club next door was noisy enough to keep me up until 3 am. I did enjoy my stay though.

It was convenient but expensive for what you get. Hotel room was 240$ parking was $55 -- our room was covered it hair. It was honestly comical.... long black hairs from a woman- i mean they were in the sheets, under the pillows, on the tables- and the microwave was VERYVERYVERY dirty (wish i took pictures) room was 706
