Clean room. Decent price for where its at. The staff was nice, got me checked in early!! The room service was good, cleaned and folded things and left it nice and neat. The MAJOR MAJOR down side was that even though there is parking, PARKING IS VALET ONLY, $55 A DAY. FREAKING INSANE!!!!

⭐️⭐️ – Disappointed by Check-In Experience I’m giving this hotel two stars because of the check-in experience. The young woman working the front desk at check-in was rude, dismissive, and accusatory, which set a negative tone from the start. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and basic hospitality, but that wasn’t the case. I do want to highlight that the valet staff were incredibly kind and helpful — truly the best part of the stay. However, the hotel should be upfront about the mandatory $55 valet parking charge, especially since there are no other parking options. It felt misleading not to disclose that clearly before arrival. Check-out was smooth and handled well, but the check-in issues and lack of transparency overshadowed everything else. I wouldn’t return unless the guest experience improves.
