I will say that communication was quick, for the most part. Also, there was sufficient body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the showers. But for a house that is listed as sleeping 26 people, it wasn't sufficiently stocked: a single Keurig-type coffee pot--one cup at a time!, no mixing bowls, no cookie sheets, not enough silverware for 26, only 2 potholders, no dishrags or kitchen towels, no large pots for cooking (only a huge kettle for canning, it appeared). We were told several times that the kitchen was "fully stocked with essential cooking basics and a variety of standard appliances to make meal preparation as convenient as possible." We found this to not be the case! Other problems included: the hot water balance at the kitchen sink didn't work properly; there was dust behind beds and on baseboards in places; several of the beds came apart because they weren't assembled correctly; the luxury vinyl flooring in several places was loose and had an uneven subfloor; there were stains on the mattress pads with blood on it in one room; there weren't enough towels for everyone when we arrived, even though the number of guests was known by the owner.
