Pets, smoking, drugs, and party are NOT allowed. Unbooked guest stay is not allowed and will be charged $60 per person per night. Your booking includes exclusive access to first and second floor, but not basement where a guest is staying. you don't share any common space at first and second floor with the guest in the basement and he has a separated entry.
