They are in the process of doing renovations so it was a bit noisy throughout the night. I stayed in a suite and the tub was a bit dirty and it had a awkward smell throughout the hotel. A crappy hotel in Duluth, GA. Was supposed to get a king bed with balcony, but didn't get it. Hotel is very old and it's quite loud, called the front desk several times because of the next door room. The gym was dirty and only one treadmill worked. Breakfast was okay, nothing special
