The front desk staff, breakfast, room size and cleanliness were all great. But when a guest tells you something is broken three straight days in a row and it is as simple as taking a TV from a room that won’t be occupied while they are there and setting a working one down (this is not one even mounted on the wall), just take care of it. They did ask if I wanted to move rooms but I had already unpacked for a busy day of meetings and all they needed to do was show up with a tv in that moment and take the broken one out
