I was a last minute booking. I was surprised when I got a prime location almost across from the elevators. Now I figure it was because the heater in the room didn't work. It put out air that was not real cold, but I cranked the heat up to 85 degrees and the temperature didn't change.

The room temperature was hard to regulate. The phone didn't work. There was no extra blanket in a very cold room. They lied about why they asked for your email address. Everything was so expensive. I will not be back or recommend this hotel.

I was booked there for a conference I turned on the heat. The room filled with smoke. The smoke alarm rang and nobody even called the room The tv didn’t work in multiple rooms because the lines were cut during the renovations. Then the offered to move me but I had completely unpacked for a 5 day stay and that was far too inconvenientI watched tv on my computer The room was dusty so my allergies were a problem
