The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The hotel is beautiful and the location is so convenient to getting to the airport on the tram. I was surprised at how quiet the hotel was.

They told me the parking was free if I do it myself. But when I was checking out they charged me $90 for self parking. I only parked for 2 days and they charged me $90. While valet parking is only $5 extra. A total ripoff 😡. I basically walked in the rain and cold weather to save $5. Makes no sense.
