Keep in mind that the carpet is brand new and we just ask everyone not wear shoes on the carpet to maintain its quality.

There is a family currently living in the basement of the house that only uses the downstairs area, (THERE IS A DOOR THAT SEPARATES THE UPSTAIRS FROM THE DOWNSTAIRS) they only enter through the garage or the back door and not the front door. If and when you need to use the laundry room it is downstairs. Just notify them when you want to wash and dry your clothes. They understand the laundry room is shared living.
