Beds were uncomfortable, for the price of the rooms, they'd have better beds. It took more than two hours for valet service to park my truck. I paid 58 dollars and they let it. At one point, I went upfront to smoke, and I even asked the guy why my truck is still sitting there. His response to me was "it'll get moved, but since it's the fire lane, they're moving the vehicles on the outer lane first.
