I know this is a motel and I kept my expectations realistic, but this is not okay. The room is dirty and smells awful to the point where it’s uncomfortable to stay. This isn’t about being picky, it’s basic cleanliness and it’s not being met.

Our room was terrible. The mattresses were good though. Their were a hole in the bathroom wall and the bathroom door died several years a go. I arrived at nine and ask for another pillow and the guy said no, not before tomorrow morning!
