My room was excellent quality. But some things we're really shaky.This go around theory.I had been going to this hotel since 2020. But, someone pulled the fire alarm for no reason. The elevator broke from one day and we had to all use the stairs. And at one point , a family was arguing in the hallway
It smells strongly of smoke, both cigarettes and weed. Sheets were questionable and floor was quite dirty. I'm not a picky patron. I know i am getting the cheapest hotel. But it should be clean and not smell.
The night guy has no sense of urgency when checking in guests from Atlanta, but guests from out of state get royal treatment. Worked late night shift got a room should have just went home. No remote for tv

Room wasnt the one that i reserved. Reserved on with a King bed and they gave us 2 Full size beds. AC not in good condition. Night stand was broken, dresser broken. The halls smelled like cigarettes and garbage bags were placed next to the room doors. The bad for me was there were small roaches. Bathroom was good. CS was good. Shuttle to airport was good
I purchase my stay through Expedia. We arrived at the property at 1130pm. The lobby was full of customers… I made sure my 84yr old mom was comfortable in a chair and I waited for my turn in line. When I got to the desk the customer agent stated that he didn’t have rooms available for me and he needed to take care of the other customers with voucher. I showed him my reservations and told him I was paid in full and I should have the room’s available for my reservation. He proceeded to tell me to step aside and wait. I informed him that my mom was elderly and I needed a room asap for her. He finally gave me 1 room for her but insisted that he didn’t have another room for myself and husband to come back after he took care of the other customers in line. I settled my mom in the room and headed back to the lobby around 230-245am. Then the customer agent shouts out to everyone in line that he only had 3rooms available for the three people in line. I approached the service desk again to asked for my refund when the agent told me that the 2nd room I had paid for was available.
I should’ve been taken care of the first time at reached the counter the agent shouldn’t had to have me wait til’ 230-245am for my2nd room.
Moreover, The lobbies and bedrooms had a distinct smell of smoke. Therefore I have given this hotel such a low score. Customer service should always be their first priority.
The hotel as a whole was dirty. Workers cleaned tie hate minimum. There were a shortage of towels. I had to wait 4 hours for towels to dry off. The ELEVATOR doesn't work. I requested a lower level floor they denied in person and accepted on the app. One of the worst experiences in a very long time. The cards would always unexpectedly stop working to add to it, I'm on the 5th floor

easy booking and check-in process, nice and friendly staff, but absolutely terrible smell of cigarettes in the room, even though the room was non-smoking. Smell gets inside through the vents in the bathroom and it wasn't possible to get rid of it even with fully open balcony door.
