Honestly I was afraid I would be disappointed . The hotel wind up being up to par, check in was a breeze. Payed extra fur early check in , (11am). I politely asked the desk clerk for an updated room (532) and was given an UPDATED ROOM BABY!!!! Hallways are long af so if you don’t like walking ask for a room closest to the elevator. Ask for towels at the front desk before going up to room! Save you a trip . Overall experience was pleasant , will stay here again

Disappointment

Unfortunately, two of our guests complained or rooms that werw dusty and not cleaned and they had to be moved to other rooms. Then i had complaints of seeing a couple of roaches. Needless to say, I can not bring our church guests back to this location. I was shocked at the level of service seeing as how myself and another guest stayed here previuosly and had wonderful service. I was very embarrassed. I had suggezted our guests for our church Holy Convocation stay at this location. We got there and there were police on the acene and then they have people living there who felt the hotel was there personal house and acted as such. Thanks to the embarrassment my Pastor faced ve ause of me havi g everyone co.e there. Others did not book there rooms and opted to stay somewhere way more expensove and I looked incompetent in my sele tion of hitels.

The room smell as if someone smoked marihuana. The bed sheets had stain on them and no pillow cases. The Towels had hair all over them and dirty stains. There was low water pressure. The building on the 5th and 6th floor smelled terrible. The floor near the AC was flooded. It was just a terrible place to stay in my opinion. Great staff though.

I made a reservation and when I got there they said they were out of rooms, and told me to go to motel 6 20 minutes away they had rooms. Terrible. Why make a reservation then? I drove 8 hours to hear that. when i got to the other motel 6, tc did not work in one room, so they switched us and i slept with 10 roaches
